403 Finance, Inc.

Financial software that
keeps your data yours.

We build two products with one rule: your financial data is not the product. No ads and no data sales, for households and for banks alike.

Why we exist

In HTTP, 403 means Forbidden.
That's our answer to "who can see my money?"

Financial software has quietly settled on a business model where you are the product. We took the opposite bet: software funded by the people who use it. Forbidden Finance never sells or shares your transactions. Transmute never even stores the messages it converts. Different products, same principle: your financial data returns 403 to everyone but you.

Subscription-funded

We make money when you pay for software. No ads, no data sales, no "anonymized" analytics packages.

Engineered for privacy

Forbidden Finance isolates and encrypts your data at the database layer. Transmute goes further and simply never stores what it converts. Privacy is the default architecture, not a premium add-on.

Boring on purpose

Proven technology, honest pricing published in full, and reliability over hype cycles.
